Maturity Signs and Harvesting of Karonda

Maturity Sings:

1. Fruit generally require 87 to 90 days to mature after flowering.
2. Colour changes from light green to dark green.
3. Red blush develops on the fruits of some ypes.
4. Specific gravity just above 1 ( 1.012).
5. T.S.S . 13.5%. Total sugar 2.35% and Acidity 2.62%.

Harvesting:

1. The fully mature fruits are harvested with the stalk in act.
