After selecting a suitable site the first step should be clean the land of all vegetation including shrubs, bushes and standing local trees. After this, the land should be ploughed deep both ways and leveling, may be taken up, if the land is undulating. Its leveling may involve shifting of major soil layers. In such cases the land may be divided into two or more Rees- passers. it selection and then it should be leveled selection wise.
